Our First Blog!!

Welcome to Beech Midlands first official blog post. We’re excited to kick things off by sharing progress on a few of our current projects. As a growing construction company, we take pride in the quality of our work, the relationships we build, and the transparency we offer our clients. This blog will serve as a behind-the-scenes look at what we’re working on and how each project is progressing.

The Heathlands

Located in a quiet residential area, The Heathlands is a bespoke home extension project involving a two-storey side extension and a generous kitchen extension to the rear of the property. We’ve just completed the excavation and poured the foundations, setting the groundwork for a solid and long-lasting structure. This phase is always a key milestone, and we’re looking forward to moving onto the blockwork and superstructure in the coming weeks.

New Industrial Unit (Dudley Borough)

We’re in the early stages of an exciting commercial project, constructing a brand-new industrial unit. This site will serve as a versatile space for business operations and logistics. At present, we’ve cleared the site and installed the substructure stone, preparing the ground for construction to ramp up in the near future. This phase ensures the land is properly stabilised and ready for the structural components to be installed.

St Ives Bungalow

Our third active project is a timber frame bungalow in the scenic town of St Ives. Designed for efficient, modern living, the timber frame construction allows for a faster construction and strong environmental benefits. To date, we’ve completed the internal & external walls and are now in the process of installing the roof structure. This marks a key point in the build as the home begins to take full shape.

Looking Ahead

Each of these projects highlights the diversity of work we undertake, from residential extensions to commercial and bespoke new builds. We’ll be posting regular updates to keep you informed on our progress, challenges, and key milestones.
