We’re pleased to report that the rear extension brickwork is now above head height, marking a major milestone. This week, our team will be pouring the concrete slab, setting the foundation for the next stage of construction.

New Industrial Unit Dudley
In Dudley, our team is preparing for the next phase of work on a new industrial unit construction. This development will provide modern, functional space for local businesses in the area.
Currently, we’re waiting for the diversion of an existing electric cable before we can commence installing formwork and the concrete slab. Once this is completed, we’ll be ready to move forward rapidly with the structural elements of the build.

The Heathlands Project - House Extension & Refurbishment near Stourbridge
At our Heathlands project, located in between Stourbridge & Halesowen, work is progressing well on this house extension and full refurbishment project. We’ve now reached DPC (Damp Proof Course) level and are preparing to pour the concrete slab this week.
This marks a key milestone as we move toward the next stage of construction. Once the base is set, our team will begin bringing the new structure to life, enhancing the property with modern design and improved living space. New Industrial Unit Construction - Dudley & Wolverhampton Area
Progress on our new industrial unit development in Dudley has temporarily paused this week while we await an electric cable diversion to be completed. Although progress on-site has been limited, this is an essential step to ensure the project can proceed safely and efficiently.
Once utility works are finalised, construction will resume, and the build will begin to take shape quickly. Our team specialises in industrial and commercial construction projects across the West Midlands, delivering functional and durable spaces for local businesses.
St. Ives Project – New Build Timber Frame Bungalow
Our new build timber frame bungalow in St. Ives is progressing nicely. The roof structure has now been completed, and our team is working hard on both the internal and external wall construction. In the coming weeks, we’ll be installing the roof tiles, ensuring the property is watertight before the Christmas period.

Welcome to Beech Midlands first official blog post. We’re excited to kick things off by sharing progress on a few of our current projects. As a growing construction company, we take pride in the quality of our work, the relationships we build, and the transparency we offer our clients. This blog will serve as a behind-the-scenes look at what we’re working on and how each project is progressing.
The Heathlands
Located in a quiet residential area, The Heathlands is a bespoke home extension project involving a two-storey side extension and a generous kitchen extension to the rear of the property. We’ve just completed the excavation and poured the foundations, setting the groundwork for a solid and long-lasting structure. This phase is always a key milestone, and we’re looking forward to moving onto the blockwork and superstructure in the coming weeks.

New Industrial Unit (Dudley Borough)
We’re in the early stages of an exciting commercial project, constructing a brand-new industrial unit. This site will serve as a versatile space for business operations and logistics. At present, we’ve cleared the site and installed the substructure stone, preparing the ground for construction to ramp up in the near future. This phase ensures the land is properly stabilised and ready for the structural components to be installed.
St Ives Bungalow
Our third active project is a timber frame bungalow in the scenic town of St Ives. Designed for efficient, modern living, the timber frame construction allows for a faster construction and strong environmental benefits. To date, we’ve completed the internal & external walls and are now in the process of installing the roof structure. This marks a key point in the build as the home begins to take full shape.
